- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I read the other reviews before making the drive to Gainesville and called 3 times that day with no answer. When I arrived around 1:30, doors were locked with a sign saying they weren't able to distribute any more tickets for the day. The "no appointment" label is very deceiving, and if they won't answer phones, at least publish online the fact that you have to arrive in the early morning to be seen.By Jessica R, June 11, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give ZERO STARS I would!! This is not a "walk in office" they only serve 6 people at 8am and 6 at 11am. It is the closest office to my house, which is still an hour and a half away. After SEVERAL trips up there I finally got there early enough for a 8 am appt (I got there at 6:15!!!). When it was my turn the tax lady was rude, talked completely over me, would not helpe, and just dismissed me after not helping at all. I guess I'm going to have to get a tax lawyer because this has become.e beyond ridiculous!!!!By xXMLGXx. meme, November 03, 2016
