- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I refinanced my house in October and worked with Mr. Stacy Rogers - President of American Legacy Mortgage. I could not be happier!!! Stacy got me a low rate in the 3% range for 15 years; He has suggested me to re-fi with Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) loan. It let me save on closing costs a lot with NO Appraisal involved. I didn't have to come up with any extra money for closing costs because I skip 1 monthly payment for November. Stacy has done all “leg” work to pay off my previous mortgage properly. The closing took place in the office close to my house. I did receive a Good Faith Estimate and there was no “surprises” at closing. Stacy was easy to keep in touch with and he responded back to me in a timely manner through e-mail or directly by phone. He was great and very informative. All and all, I was satisfied with my experience mostly because if was stress-free. Stacy took care of everything.
