- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I worked with this insurance company since I began driving and I'm sorry to say in the past few years the agency has plummeted downhill! Their rates are higher than most in Gainesville and their service seriously sucks! I have not been able to talk to someone that spoke English and wasn't rude!It's a travesty they have lost all sense of what the people in this town, who have kept them in business, need!By Jen Attaway, June 01, 2017
