  We switched our insurance to Ryan several years ago. We saved a ton of money by switching to State Farm. Ryan and his staff are always helpful and friendly when we have had a question or need. My wife totaled her car a couple of years ago and Ryan was the first one on the scene to comfort and calm her because I couldn't make it to the scene of the accident. I would recommend Ryan Hudson to anyone who needs insurance or is looking to switch coverage.

  Wonderful agent! Mr. Hudson has always provided the most prompt, professional service to our family. It is so nice to get a live person on the phone when I need help! If you are looking for insurance or banking services I would highly recommend him.

  I had the worst experience with this office back in 2015 when I wanted to leave for a better deal with another company. My agent was Vicky, and I had to call over a dozen times stating my case of wanting to leave for a better deal. Vicky was consistent in telling me that I was not getting a better deal, and continued to give me the run around on the phone by telling me to do my research before making this decision. After the 8th phone call of being persistent, I hit a nerve with Vicky. Towards the end of our phone call she said, "Ben, I'm not sure what the hell you are trying to do, but you need to know that leaving us is a bad decision". It was a couple of years ago, but she said something to that extent, and did curse at me. An alarm went off in my head as I heard her use this language at me, so I politely said ok, I'll do some research, bye. I called the 1800 number and told them my story, and stated that my agent would not drop me. They told me that they would handle my issue, and that I would not need to go through this agency. About 30 min later, I get a phone call from the hutchens SF, and it is Ryan himself. I was in fact happy to talk to Ryan, thinking that the problem was Vicky. Well, the first thing Ryan did was the same thing Vicky did. He said, "Ben, I want you to know that we are family here at SF, and we will fight for you, and trust me, you do not want to leave". At this moment, my heart started to pound faster. I felt like I was in a nightmare. Ryan never called to apologize and handle my case, he called to persuade me to stay. I then said "Ryan, I do not know what you are trying to do, but I need to end my policy, I have been trying to end it for over a month, I'm done". At this moment, like Vicky, I got a nerve with Ryan. He said " I would have you to know that your complaint toward Vicky is a lie, and she is one of my top agents". I got so mad at this moment and cut him off and said "Ryan, I'm done, end the policy now". He then shouted "Get in here and sign your damn papers and get out!". Click! He hung up on me. I couldn't believe it. I sat in silence for a moment pondering upon the reality of this moment. I thought I was in a dream, but clearly was not. Up to this day, I still tell this same story to some close family members and friends for an unreal encounter i had with a car insurance company. Well that is the end of my true story involving this office which is located in Gainesville Ga, near a walmart. For one, their conversations are not recorded, so I had no proof of my 2nd complaint when I called the 1800 number after talking to Ryan. Today I am with a better insurance company that will not give me hell for trying to leave. If you are with this office, you most likely will have a hard time leaving like I did. You also most likely are paying for the extra renters insurance that Vicky claims reduces your policy, when in fact it is a separate monthly payment of 40 dollars. If you are with this company, I dare you to try to leave and see what happens. If you are thinking about joining SF, do so, but avoid this branch at all costs. God Bless!
