- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT TRUST THIS ATTORNEY! Over & excessive charges, commonly know as "churning the file". Hired to represent a case in which he claimed to have expert knowledge, and won several previous cases, representing other clients, against Defendant for the same issue. That was all BS! He abandoned our case and failed to file our case. Statue of limitation subsequently expired, committing malpractice on his part. He's like a politician. He's in it for the money and he does NOT care about your concern or case. It's only about the money with this crook. Don't just take our word for it... others have expressed the same experience. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆My wife and I came to the law firm following an unsuccessful attempt at modifying a mortgage with a major lender. The property was sold on the courthouse steps and we were in need of sound legal counsel. Attorney Roberts was strategic, cost conscious, and pragmatic in achieving the successful reverse sale of the property and the reinstatement of the original mortgage terms.
